Return & Refund Policy

At Beans for Lovers, we take pride in delivering freshly roasted coffee and quality products. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Period

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.

2. Condition of Returned Products

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept returns of opened coffee bags unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

3. Reasons for Return

We accept returns for:

  • Products that arrived damaged.
  • Products that were incorrect (wrong item shipped).
  • Manufacturing defects or quality issues.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To request a return:

  • Contact our customer service at coffee@beansforlovers.com within the return period.
  • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if applicable.
  • Wait for our Return Authorization before sending products back.
  • Ship the item to the return address provided; customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please request a refund and place a new order.

7. Shipping

Free shipping on U.S. orders over $35 (two bags).
