We prepare and ship orders every Thursday of the week, and depending on your location, delivery may take 3–5 business days. That means your coffee arrives fresh, carrying the warmth of our roastery straight into your home.

At the moment, we share our coffee love story with customers in the United States and Colombia only. This allows us to ensure every bag arrives fresh, aromatic, and full of the flavor you deserve. Your happiness is at the heart of everything we do. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn’t meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at coffee@beansforlovers.com so we can make it right.

For health and safety reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused coffee bags. Once approved, we’ll guide you through the return process and issue a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Because each batch is roasted fresh to order, we can’t accept returns for taste preferences — but we’ll be more than happy to help you choose the perfect roast for your next cup.
